At Lexicon, we recommend that all commercial buildings have an electrical maintenance schedule, detailing electrical checks that need to be completed and by what date.

We recommend the following items being included in a maintenance schedule:

  3. Troubleshooting
  4. Replacements
  5. Repairs

The schedule should also list all of your electrical assets and systems, including but not limited to:

  1. Power outlets
  2. Lighting including emergency lighting
  3. Generators
  4. Surge protectors
  5. Power factor correction units
